Choose long-sleeves when
Your crew works in direct sun (roof, pool, high-rise window work). UPF polyester long-sleeves prevent burn without overheating — they're often cooler than burned skin in July.
Choose tees when
Work is shaded or indoor-adjacent, or crews simply prefer them. Moisture-wicking AOP tees stay cooler than cotton.
The smart move: both
Order mixed — same design across tee, long-sleeve, polo, sweatshirt and hoodie, so the crew matches whatever each person wears.
