When do I get paid?
Commissions confirm 30 days after the referred order (our refund window), then get paid out weekly — your choice of a store credit code (single-use) or PayPal. Refunded or cancelled orders don’t count.
How much can I earn?
10% of every referred order’s product subtotal (after discounts, before tax & shipping). There is no cap and your link never expires.
What does my friend get?
10% off their entire order, applied automatically when they use your link — or they can type your code at checkout.
Can I use my own link?
No — self-referrals don’t earn commission. Share it with friends, partner crews and your community instead.
How do you track my referrals?
Your link carries your personal discount code. When a friend orders with it, the order is tied to you automatically — no screenshots or claims needed.

Referral Program — Refer a Crew, Earn 10%
Program terms
- Referral commission: 10% of each referred order’s product subtotal (after discounts, before tax and shipping).
- Commissions confirm 30 days after the order (refund window) and are paid weekly as store credit codes or PayPal.
- Self-referrals — using your own code on your own orders — do not earn commission.
- Cancelled or refunded orders void the related commission.
- If you share your link publicly (social media, forums, groups), please disclose that you earn a commission from purchases through it (FTC endorsement guidelines).
- The Custom Vibe may adjust or end the program for abuse or at its discretion; earned commissions are always honored.
