How it works:
- Pick a kit, pay the deposit: Tell us your trade, crew size and what you have today. (Day 0)
- Get your concepts: 2 concepts for Launch, 3 for Crew and Fleet. Up to 2 rounds of changes. (usually 1–2 business days)
- Approve your logo: Your logo files and Facebook/Google images arrive right away. (same day)
- See the whole kit: Shirts, caps, magnets on a photo of your truck, yard sign and card. Approve, then pay the balance. (1–2 business days)
- We print and ship: Production is usually 3–5 business days, then shipping. Items may arrive in separate boxes. (an estimate, not a guarantee)
Love your concepts or get your deposit back
- Your deposit comes off the kit price.
- If you don't approve any concept after 2 rounds of changes, we refund the deposit in full.
- Once you approve a concept, the deposit covers the design work.
- Nothing prints until you approve the full kit mockup.
- Logo files are yours when the kit is paid in full.

Do I need a logo already?
No. The Launch Kit makes one for you. With the Crew Kit we can clean up the logo you have or design a new one.
How long does it take?
Concepts usually take 1–2 business days after your brief. After you approve the full kit, production usually takes 3–5 business days, then shipping. Apparel shipping usually takes 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees, so tell us early if you have a date in mind.
Will the magnets stick to my truck?
Truck magnets only stick to steel doors. If your doors are aluminum or fiberglass, tell us and we'll talk about other options.
What if I don't like the concepts?
You get up to 2 rounds of changes. If you still don't approve a concept, we refund your deposit in full.
Where is everything made?
Every kit is made to order by our third-party production partners. Apparel may ship from outside the US, including China. Items can arrive in separate boxes, each with its own tracking number.
Can I order more later?
Yes. Your design stays on file, so reorders and new-hire shirts need no setup fee and no new mockup wait.
Is there a minimum order?
Kits are fixed bundles. After that, reorders have no minimum: order one shirt or a hundred.
